I need a free banner

Is there someone who can make me a free banner for this website: http://webmaster-forum.co.nr/ ?

Should be like the banner which is already there only with other text and picture and other url.

Text: English Partner Chat
Colors: no preffered
Pic: Text is enough, if you want to add a pic, you cluod add a globe example

It does not really matter.... it should fit to the site: should fit to the other colors there.
